Radenta Academy opens free generative AI training for gov’t workers

Radenta Academy is opening applications for its first-ever Generative AI Pilot Training, a free five-day program scheduled from October 20 to 24, designed to help government employees harness the potential of artificial intelligence in their work.

The training, which will use a blended learning setup combining face-to-face and online classes, focuses on key skills such as prompt engineering, understanding Generative AI principles, and ensuring responsible and ethical AI use — including compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and mitigation of algorithmic bias.

By the end of the course, participants are expected to identify AI use cases within their departments, adopt AI tools to improve efficiency, and support their agencies’ digital transformation initiatives.

A TESDA-accredited Technical Vocational Institute, Radenta Academy serves as the training arm of Radenta Technologies, one of the country’s top solutions integrators.

The program supports TESDA’s Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) model, which aligns skills development with real-world governance and industry needs — complementing the government’s broader digital upskilling efforts.
