DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architect solutions across ERP, CRM, collaboration, and productivity platforms for government and enterprise clients.
2. Act as technical owner for assigned opportunities, from solution design through delivery handoff.
3. Design Good-Better-Best architectures aligned to client outcomes and margin discipline.
4. Identify delivery risks and flag conditions per the Feasibility protocol.
5. Support partner enablement and engagement activities.
6. Collaborate with members within and outside the team to ensure seamless movement of projects.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 2–4 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital workplace architecture, or pre-sales engineering.
2. Experience supporting government and/or enterprise deals.
3. At least an associate-level certification from one of the following platforms: Microsoft,Google, or an ERP solution.
4. Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Applications.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Ability to travel as needed.
7. Detail-oriented.
