DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect solutions across ERP, CRM, collaboration, and productivity platforms for government and enterprise clients.
- Act as technical owner for assigned opportunities, from solution design through delivery handoff.
- Design Good-Better-Best architectures aligned to client outcomes and margin discipline.
- Identify delivery risks and flag conditions per the Feasibility protocol.
- Support partner enablement and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with members within and outside the team to ensure seamless movement of projects.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any related field, or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years of experience in enterprise applications, ERP, or digital workplace architecture, or pre-sales engineering.
- Experience supporting government and/or enterprise deals.
- At least an associate-level certification from one of the following platforms: Microsoft,Google, or an ERP solution.
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Detail-oriented.
