DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Compare competitors’ products and solutions with the company’s offerings to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collect, manage, and analyze data to support product performance evaluation and decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve product strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.
- Coordinate closely with focused Principals and Technology Partners to align product positioning and solutions development.
- Develop and support specialized training programs for new and existing products.
- Create sales collaterals and tools that support and enhance the selling process.
- Gather and evaluate customer feedback to improve existing products and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Foster strong collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and successful product outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing insights, recommendations, and market intelligence.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field, or an equivalent experience in a similar role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in the same role.
- Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs into detailed requirements.
- Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and translate business needs into clear and detailed product requirements.
- Proven capability to develop, drive, and execute effective product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and operations units.
- Skilled in creating and communicating a clear, compelling, and strategic product vision.
- Proficient in using Google Workspace and Zoom for documentation, collaboration, and virtual meetings.
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage changing priorities.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for business needs.
