DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to identify customer needs and pain points.
- Compare the competition’s products to the company’s offerings.
- Data collection and product analytics.
- Develop and implement a product strategy.
- Develop specialized training on new products.
- Creates the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process.
- Gather customer feedback and use it to improve existing product strategy or identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Foster collaboration and communication among different teams to ensure a seamless workflow and successful product outcomes.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: Microsoft Line of Business Operations Manager
Coordinates with: All employees
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field, or an equivalent experience in a similar role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2-4 years of working experience in the same role.
- Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs into detailed requirements.
- Must be able to drive product strategies.
- Must be able to work effectively with various teams.
- Must be able to create and communicate a compelling product vision.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Zoom.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
