DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to identify customer needs and pain points.
  2. Compare competitors’ products and solutions with the company’s offerings to identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
  3. Collect, manage, and analyze data to support product performance evaluation and decision-making.
  4. Develop, implement, and continuously improve product strategies aligned with business goals and market demands.
  5. Coordinate closely with focused Principals and Technology Partners to align product positioning and solutions development.
  6. Develop and support specialized training programs for new and existing products.
  7. Create sales collaterals and tools that support and enhance the selling process.
  8. Gather and evaluate customer feedback to improve existing products and identify opportunities for innovation.
  9. Foster strong collaboration and communication among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and successful product outcomes.
  10. Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing insights, recommendations, and market intelligence.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: TechnovateX Director

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field, or an equivalent experience in a similar role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least 2-4 years of working experience in the same role.
  2. Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs into detailed requirements.
  3. Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and translate business needs into clear and detailed product requirements.
  4. Proven capability to develop, drive, and execute effective product strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, technical, and operations units.
  6. Skilled in creating and communicating a clear, compelling, and strategic product vision.
  7. Proficient in using Google Workspace and Zoom for documentation, collaboration, and virtual meetings.
  8. Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  11. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage changing priorities.
  12. Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for business needs.
