DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct market research, gather feedback, and analyze user data to identify customer needs and pain points.
2. Compare the competition’s products to the company’s offerings.
3. Data collection and product analytics.
4. Develop and implement a product strategy.
5. Develop specialized training on new products.
6. Creates the collateral and sales tools that support the selling process.
7. Gather customer feedback and use it to improve existing product strategy or identify new opportunities for innovation.
8. Foster collaboration and communication among different teams to ensure a seamless workflow and successful product outcomes.
   

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field, or an equivalent experience in a similar role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least 2-4 years of working experience in the same role.
2. Must have a deep understanding of cloud technologies.
3. Must have a certification on Cloud Fundamentals from any of the major cloud providers.
4. Outstanding ability to analyze, isolate, and interpret business needs into detailed requirements.
5. Must be able to drive product strategies.
6. Must be able to work effectively with various teams.
7. Must be able to create and communicate a compelling product vision.
8. The ability to travel as needed.
9. Strong communication skills.
10. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
