DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Maintains & safely keeps the team’s Internal and Project Files through the group’s SharePoint.
  2. Prepares required and necessary documentary requirements for customer accreditations, tender requirements, etc.
  3. Assists and supports the team with administrative tasks, as necessary and upon request.
  4. Assists the team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  6. Updates internal databases and customer records.
  7. Compiles and consolidates sales reports and monitoring of sales efforts.
  8. Conduct cold-calling to pre-qualify prospects from marketing initiatives/events, as required or when necessary.
  9. Attending conferences, meetings, and events, as required/necessary.
  10. Create, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of efforts
  11. Liaise with the different (involved) department/s to ensure timely deliveries.
  12. Training of new personnel and helping new team member/s develop their skills.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Business Development Officer

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or any related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience working as a Sales Administrator / Assistant or similar role is a major plus.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. The ability to travel as needed.
  5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent organizational, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  7. Strong communication skills.
  8. Detail-oriented & computer literate.
  9. Willing to learn and to be trained.
  10. Must be amenable to work on-site.
