DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Sales Team as needed.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents including proposals, contracts, project files, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support cross-functional processes.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales and operational data.
- Generate reports, analytics, and performance summaries to support decision-making.
- Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication between the Sales Team and other departments.
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned tasks and activities.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to align administrative processes with strategic goals.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance professional skills.
- Share knowledge and best practices to promote continuous learning within the team.
- Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales support, administrative support, operations support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant business tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision.
- Adaptable and capable of handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, undergo training, and take on new responsibilities.
- Must be amenable to on-site work and willing to travel when required.
