DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Sales Team as needed.
  2. Prepare, organize, and maintain business documents including proposals, contracts, project files, and reports.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support cross-functional processes.
  4. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of sales and operational data.
  5. Generate reports, analytics, and performance summaries to support decision-making.
  6. Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  7. Facilitate clear and timely communication between the Sales Team and other departments.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for assigned tasks and activities.
  9. Work closely with Sales leadership to align administrative processes with strategic goals.
  10. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance professional skills.
  11. Share knowledge and best practices to promote continuous learning within the team.
  12. Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: FuturEdge Director

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Experience in sales support, administrative support, operations support, or a similar role is preferred.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  3. Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant business tools.
  4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to work independently, proactively, and with minimal supervision.
  7. Adaptable and capable of handling changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
  9. Willingness to learn, undergo training, and take on new responsibilities.
  10. Must be amenable to on-site work and willing to travel when required.
