DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand the customer’s technical requirement and recommend the right Microsoft products or services.
2. Provide technical pre-sales services such as but not limited to doing product demonstrations, proof of concept, technical presentations and technical consultations.
3. Serve as the primary technical resource person.
4. Developing documents such as Terms of Reference, Scope of Work, etc. as needed.
5. Provide internal and external training on Microsoft products.
6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, as needed.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
2. Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities / transactions immediately to immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. The ability to travel as needed.
5. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Detail-oriented.
8. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
9. Emboldened by challenges.
