DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Social Media Calendar Management
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars tailored for each Radenta MaaS client, in coordination with the Content and Creative teams.
- Content Drafting and Posting
- Write clear, concise, and brand-aligned social media captions. Ensure timely publishing using tools such as Zoho Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect and analyze performance data (e.g., reach, impressions, CTR, engagement rate). Create weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders
- Work closely with content creators, creatives, and project leads to ensure all assets are aligned with marketing campaigns and timelines.
- Community Monitoring & Basic Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms. Respond to basic queries or escalate to the appropriate team.
- Campaign & Event Marketing Support
- Assist in social media support for product launches, webinars, learning events, and certifications, including live posting and post-event content creation.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, digital content, or community management.
- Proficient in tools like Zoho Social, Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Scheduler, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms, platform best practices, and content optimization.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple brand voices and timelines simultaneously
- Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback
- Problem-solver, especially during live events or last-minute adjustments.
- Experience with basic paid social media advertising (optional)
- Skills in video editing (e.g., CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Express) (optional)
- Familiarity with marketing campaign structures and internal communications. (optional)
