DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. SEO Strategy Development and Implementation:
    • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with Radenta Technologies' overall marketing objectives.
    • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant and highpotential keywords for targeting.
    • Perform on-page optimization, including optimizing website content, meta descriptions, title tags, headers, and image alt text.
    • Implement off-page optimization tactics, such as link building, directory submissions, and local SEO efforts relevant to the Philippines (and potentially international markets if applicable).
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
  2. Technical SEO
    • Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the website's technical SEO health, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, site architecture, and crawlability.
    • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and indexing problems.
    • Manage and optimize the company's sitemap and robots.txt files
  3. Content Optimization for SEO:
    • Work closely with the Content Marketing Associate to ensure all website content is optimized for target keywords and SEO best practices.
    • Provide SEO guidance and recommendations for new content creation.
    • Analyze content performance and identify opportunities for optimization and updates.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using relevant tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
    • Monitor key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings clickthrough rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
    • Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data analysis.o Prepare regular reports on SEO performance for the Marketing Manager (or Associate Marketing Manager).
  5. Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
    • Work closely with the Marketing Associate for Social Media to integrate SEO efforts with social media strategies for increased visibility and traffic.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Associate for Creatives (Graphic Design and Video Graphics) to ensure SEO-friendly design and multimedia elements. Support the Content Marketing Associate in developing SEO-driven content strategies.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing Associate for Events to optimize event-related content and landing pages for search.
    • Collaborate with other marketing team members on integrated search marketing strategies, providing insights from organic search performance to inform paid advertising efforts.
  6. Local SEO (Philippines Focus):
    • Optimize the company's Google My Business (now Google Business Profile) listing.
    • Manage local citations and ensure consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone number) information across online directories.
    • Research and target local keywords relevant to Radenta Technologies' service areas within the Philippines, depending on the company’s target audience’s location.
  7. Competitive Analysis:
    • Monitor and analyze the SEO strategies of competitors.
    • Identify opportunities to outperform competitors in search engine rankings.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. This provides a foundational understanding of marketing principles and potentially technical aspects relevant to SEO in the IT industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Direct SEO Experience:
    • 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This should include hands-on experience in keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and performance analysis. Experience within the IT or B2B sector would be a significant advantage.
  2. Technical SEO Proficiency:
    • Solid understanding of technical SEO elements such as website architecture, site speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, schema markup, robots.txt, sitemaps, and HTTPS.
    • Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and search console platforms (e.g., Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools) for monitoring and identifying technical issues.
  3. Keyword Research and Content Optimization Skills:
    • Proven ability to conduct thorough keyword research using various tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz Keyword Explorer, Google Keyword Planner).
    • Experience in optimizing website content for target keywords while maintaining readability and user engagement.
    • Understanding of content marketing principles and how SEO integrates with content strategy.
  4. Link Building Expertise:
    • Experience in implementing ethical and effective link-building strategies relevant to the Philippine context and potentially the IT industry (e.g., outreach to relevant websites, industry directories, partnerships).
  5. Analytical and Reporting Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
    • Experience in generating comprehensive SEO performance reports using data visualization tools.
  6. Familiarity with SEO Tools:
    • Proficiency in using various SEO tools for keyword research, site audits, rank tracking, and competitive analysis (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
  7. Understanding of the Philippine Digital Landscape:
    • Familiarity with the search engine usage and online behavior of the target audience in the Philippines.
    • Awareness of local online directories, influencers, and websites relevant to the IT industry in the Philippines.
  8. Communication and Collaboration Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings, providing recommendations, and collaborating with the content, design, and social media teams.
    • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  9. Adaptability and Continuous Learning:
    • A proactive attitude toward staying updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices is crucial. The SEO landscape constantly evolves, so a willingness to learn is crucial.
