DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Creation & Design
- Design visual assets such as social media graphics, posters, infographics, email banners, and presentation decks.
- Assist in creating short-form content (e.g., reels, motion graphics, GIFs) using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
- Adapt design templates across multiple platforms and client needs.
- Brand Alignment
- Ensure all visual follow Radenta's and clients' brand guidelines (color, tone, font, layout).
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across platforms and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing leads to localize or customize assets for different clients.
- Campaign Support
- Support the execution of content for marketing campaigns (social media, email, internal events)
- Coordinate with the content writer or strategist for visual-text alignment.
- When needed, assist in layout and design for internal documents, decks, and reports.
- Content Planning and Execution
- Participate in content calendar planning and translate briefs into creative deliverables.
- Maintain a content asset library (organized SharePoint or shared folder system from OneDrive).
- Track asset timelines and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Basic Multimedia Handling
- As needed, edit and export short videos (tutorials, testimonials, trailers)
- Create basic animations or transitions using CapCut or other tools (Adobe Premiere, Canva Pro, etc.)
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with the marketing team, project lead, and external stakeholders.
- Participate in creative reviews and accept feedback constructively.
- Manage versioning of files and coordinate for approvals.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related courses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–2 years in a design, content marketing, or creative role.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) (required); Canva is a plus.
- Basic layout, typography, and color theory knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media content sizing and design best practices.
- Basic video editing using Canva Video, CapCut, or Premiere Rush. (optional)
- Creativity and visual storytelling ability.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management.
- Team player with openness to feedback.
- Proactive and organized with a positive attitude.
- Experience with UI kits, brand decks, or style guides (optional)
- Photography or onsite coverage for events or shoots (optional)
- Familiarity with Asana, Mailchimp, or Meta Business Suite
