DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Logistics and Inventory Support:
- Prepare and pack items securely for shipment and delivery.
- Coordinate with courier services for the pickup and dispatch of packages.
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against delivery receipts.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels of office supplies, pantry items, and marketing materials.
- Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing items.
- Messengerial and Liaison Duties:
- Handle the timely and secure delivery and pickup of important documents, payments, and packages to clients, banks, suppliers, and government agencies (e.g., BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Process bank deposits, payments, and other financial transactions as required.
- Purchase office supplies, pantry staples, and other requested items efficiently.
- Serve as a reliable liaison for various external errands to support daily business operations
- Office Maintenance and Cleaning:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of the entire office space, including workstations, common areas, meeting rooms, and pantry.
- Ensure the office is consistently clean, organized, and presentable for employees and guests.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling in accordance with building policies.
- Monitor, restock, and organize pantry and cleaning supplies.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Codes 1 and 2 for motorcycles and light vehicles) and a clean driving record.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Messenger, Liaison Officer, Logistics Assistant, or in a similar utility/administrative role is highly preferred.
- Trustworthy and demonstrates a high level of integrity, especially when handling confidential documents and cash.
- Familiar with the routes and locations within Metro Manila and surrounding areas.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting packages, performing cleaning duties, and spending significant time on the road.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management.
- Basic communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to take on various tasks as needed.
- Knowledge of basic office procedures is an advantage.
