DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and analyze security systems and logs for potential threats.
- Respond to and investigate security incidents and breaches.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments on security-related projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and tools.
- Provide training and support to junior security staff.
- Document security incidents and create detailed reports.
- Recommend improvements to enhance security posture.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with CyberSecurity experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are preferred.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, SIEM, and firewall management.
- Proven experience in incident response and threat analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- The Security Analyst may be required to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to provide 24/7 coverage of security operations.
- The position may involve occasional travel to attend conferences, training sessions, or to support incident response activities at remote locations.
