Contact and qualify potential customers, through calls and emails using the database of the Sales and Marketing team.
Cold calling for lead generation
Identify potential customers and generate new opportunities
Forward potential opportunities appropriately
Set appointments for presentation and follow up leads
Manage leads and the tracker used for monitoring
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Must be able to build rapport over the phone.
Resilient and can handle conversations with different people.
Must be able to work effectively with various teams.
Strong organizational skills.
The ability to travel as needed.
