DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Software Implementation & Configuration:
- Deploy, configure, and integrate software solutions according to client specifications and project requirements.
- Customize software settings and parameters to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure functionality and stability
- Client Interaction & Support:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
- Gather and document client requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to clients on software usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
- Project Management & Coordination:
- Collaborate with project managers to define implementation plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact implementation timelines.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Technical Expertise & Development Collaboration:
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams.
- Work closely with development teams to report and resolve software bugs and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
- Data Migration:
- Plan and execute data migration from legacy systems to new software solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during migration processes.
- Troubleshoot data migration issues.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, compare product offerings, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Reports any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
QUALIFICATION:
- At least 1 year of experience in software implementation, integration, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and implementation methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience with data migration.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Nagios, Acronis, Zimbra, Zextras Carbonio, Odoo, ERP System, email migration is a plus.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management.
- Experience with API integrations is a plus
