DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools aligned with program objectives.
  2. Deliver engaging and effective classroom or online training sessions.
  3. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
  4. Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to suit various student backgrounds and skill levels.
  5. Collaborate with curriculum developers and training coordinators to enhance course quality and delivery.
  6. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Robotics, Programming, Cybersecurity, and AI.
  7. Support students through mentoring, consultation, and career development assistance.
  8. Participate in continuous improvement of training programs through feedback and innovation.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: Radenta Academy Administrator

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, IE, IT for Education, or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. TESDA TM 1; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience in managing a training center, educational institution, or similar organization, with knowledge of technical training programs.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Knowledge of the Philippine Education and training landscape, including TESDA regulations, especially in relation to technical and vocational programs.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  6. Familiarity with the technology industry and trends in Robotics, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence and Programming is highly desirable.
  7. Experience in dealing with diverse student populations, including those from alternative learning systems and industry professionals, is an advantage.
