DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and timely resolution in accordance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices for conflict resolution and performance management.
- Facilitate disciplinary procedures and ensure all actions are properly documented and compliant with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback and identify trends to improve employee retention.
- EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT:
- Develop, implement, and manage creative and cost-effective employee engagement initiatives and events designed to boost morale, strengthen teamwork, and enhance our company culture.
- Administer employee engagement surveys, analyze the results, and present findings and recommendations to management.
- Organize and promote company-wide events, team-building activities, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
- Champion our internal communication strategy to ensure employees are informed and connected to Radenta’s mission and values.
- POLICY COMPLIANCE:
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with Philippine labor laws.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in our HRIS.
- Stay abreast of changes in local labor regulations to ensure Radenta’s continued compliance.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3–5 years of progressive experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong focus on employee relations and engagement, preferably within the Philippine IT industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations is essential.
- Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues with empathy, fairness, and discretion.
- A creative and resourceful mindset with a track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS platforms.
