DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Planning
- Gaining in-depth understanding of assigned accounts, market, industry and/or sector and develop a strategy specific to the aforementioned.
- Familiarizing yourself with all solutions and services offered by Radenta
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the Radenta's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas and/or initiatives that can improve revenue margins.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Market Analysis
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Providing valuable insights into solution development and competitive positioning.
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Solution Presentation
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions (products or services) to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and engage with potential new clients.
- Proposal Development
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling and competitive proposals for new business opportunities.
- Networking
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish contacts.
- Financial Management
- Work closely with finance and senior management to develop budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation for business development activities.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit sales contracts, quotations, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide regular and accurate reports on business development activities, including key customer interactions, sales transactions, and performance indicators, to group leaders and management.
- Review sales contracts and related documentations to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
- Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
- Training and Development
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the Futuredge team.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or any related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven working experience as a sales representative, business development manager, sales executive or any relevant role.
- Preferably has an experience in handling Private Sector Accounts
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
- The ability to travel as needed
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, management, negotiation and decision-making skills
- Detail oriented, has strong business acumen, communication skills and IT fluency
- Willing to learn and to be trained
