DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic Planning
    • Gaining in-depth understanding of assigned accounts, market, industry and/or sector and develop a strategy specific to the aforementioned.
    • Familiarizing yourself with all solutions and services offered by Radenta
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the Radenta's goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas and/or initiatives that can improve revenue margins.
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  2. Market Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Providing valuable insights into solution development and competitive positioning.
    • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
  3. Sales Targets
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  4. Solution Presentation
    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our solutions (products or services) to potential customers.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
  5. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and engage with potential new clients.
  6. Proposal Development
    • Collaborate with the team to create compelling and competitive proposals for new business opportunities.
  7. Networking
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and establish contacts.
  8. Financial Management
    • Work closely with finance and senior management to develop budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource allocation for business development activities.
  9. Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare and submit sales contracts, quotations, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Provide regular and accurate reports on business development activities, including key customer interactions, sales transactions, and performance indicators, to group leaders and management.
    • Review sales contracts and related documentations to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
    • Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders.
  10. Training and Development
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the Futuredge team.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: Future Edge BusinessStrategist Director

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Management or any related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Proven working experience as a sales representative, business development manager, sales executive or any relevant role.
  2. Preferably has an experience in handling Private Sector Accounts
  3. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  6. The ability to travel as needed
  7. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, management, negotiation and decision-making skills
  9. Detail oriented, has strong business acumen, communication skills and IT fluency
  10. Willing to learn and to be trained
