DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, including invoice tracking and payment monitoring.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and schedules for management review.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Perform basic financial analysis and data validation to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and financial data concerns.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
- Perform other finance-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or any related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
