DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop engaging, competency-based curricula for Robotics, Cybersecurity, and AI programs.
- Create detailed lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools aligned with learning objectives and industry standards.
- Update existing curricula to reflect emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Ensure curricula meet TESDA standards and competency-based training requirements.
- Tailor learning materials to suit diverse learners, including high school graduates, ALS completers, IT professionals, and industry workers.
- Collaborate with instructors, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
- Review feedback from students and trainers to continuously improve program content.
- Maintain documentation and records of curriculum updates and instructional materials.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance instructional design skills and knowledge.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or a relevant field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in curriculum development, preferably in technical or vocational training, with expertise in Robotics, Cybersecurity, or AI.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with TESDA standards and competency-based training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and instructional design software.
- Deep understanding of the technical aspects of Robotics, Cybersecurity, and AI.
- Experience in developing curricula for diverse learners, including alternative learning system students and industry professionals, is a significant advantage.
