DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide administrative assistance to the CSDE Manager and team.
  2. Manage and organize project-related documents, reports, and files.
  3. Assist in preparing reports and materials for project implementation.
  4. Perform daily administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and filing.
  5. Review and proofread reports and communications for accuracy.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of CSDE fund usage and transactions.
  7. Monitor and respond to communications related to CSDE projects.
  8. Coordinate schedules, meeting logistics, and required documentation.
  9. Support the team in onsite engagements when necessary.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Client Success and Delivery Excellence Director

Coordinates with: All employees

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in IT service delivery.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  3. Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  5. Willingness to attend onsite engagements as required
