DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative assistance to the CSDE Manager and team.
- Manage and organize project-related documents, reports, and files.
- Assist in preparing reports and materials for project implementation.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and filing.
- Review and proofread reports and communications for accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation of CSDE fund usage and transactions.
- Monitor and respond to communications related to CSDE projects.
- Coordinate schedules, meeting logistics, and required documentation.
- Support the team in onsite engagements when necessary.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Reports to: Client Success and Delivery Excellence Director
Coordinates with: All employees
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in IT service delivery.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to attend onsite engagements as required
