DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of organizational governance and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain compliancerecords, audit documentation, risk registers, and governance reports.
- Coordinate audits, compliance reviews, awareness programs, and corrective action activities.
- Support project, contract, bid, supplier, and third-party compliance assessments.
- Monitor compliance obligations, action plans, governance-related deliverables, and certificationrequirements.
- Assist in conducting compliance checks, governance assessments, and process reviews across projects,business functions, and operational activities.
- Prepare reports,trackers, meeting documentation, and status updates to support managementdecision-making and governance oversight.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure documentation completeness, action tracking,and process compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, opportunities, and recommendations for process enhancement.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Legal Management, or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1–3 years of relatedexperience in compliance, audit, governance, quality, risk, or informationsecurity.
- Basic knowledge ofgovernance frameworks (ISO certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, DataPrivacy, etc.), compliance concepts, organizational policies, and controlledprocesses is an advantage.
- Strong attention todetail, communication, and technical writing skills, with basic documentquality practices.
- Analytical andprocess-oriented.
- Proficient in common productivity and documentation tools.
