DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment and program visibility across multiple market segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with target clients such as personnel and decision maker of schools and universities, senior high school graduates, ALS completer, IT professionals, and corporate partners.
- Lead sales campaigns, client presentations, and outreach activities in coordination with marketing and program teams.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals and program positioning.
- Represent the organization in industry events, school roadshows, and corporate engagements to promote training offerings.
- Recommend pricing, promotions, and partnership strategies to enhance competitiveness and market reach.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Additional training or certification in Sales Strategy, Business Development, or Market Analytics is an advantage.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market and sales performance metrics.
- Ability to develop proposals, sales decks, and marketing collateral in collaboration with creative teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align daily efforts with long-term business goals.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders from students to corporate clients
