DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase enrollment and program visibility across multiple market segments.
  2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with target clients such as personnel and decision maker of schools and universities, senior high school graduates, ALS completer, IT professionals, and corporate partners.
  4. Lead sales campaigns, client presentations, and outreach activities in coordination with marketing and program teams.
  5. Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  6. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaigns with sales goals and program positioning.
  7. Represent the organization in industry events, school roadshows, and corporate engagements to promote training offerings.
  8. Recommend pricing, promotions, and partnership strategies to enhance competitiveness and market reach.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: Radenta Academy Administrator

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Additional training or certification in Sales Strategy, Business Development, or Market Analytics is an advantage.
  2. At least 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or strategic marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
  3. Strong understanding of market segmentation and lead generation strategies.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret market and sales performance metrics.
  6. Ability to develop proposals, sales decks, and marketing collateral in collaboration with creative teams.
  7. Strategic thinker with the ability to align daily efforts with long-term business goals.
  8. Comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders from students to corporate clients
