DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Initiation
- Review the Project Charter, bidding documents, and contracts upon receipt of the Notice of Award or Guaranteed Purchase Order.
- Define project scope in collaboration with in-house and outsourced implementation or support teams.
- Prepare the Project Management Plan and develop a project timeline based on the TOR or Contract Scope of Work.
- Lead project kick-off meetings to align objectives, timelines, requirements, and team roles.
Project Execution
- Oversee project deployment and ensure implementation activities are completed according to schedule.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress and coordinate closely with assigned teams.
- Prepare and submit project status and progress reports to the Team Leader and Directors (daily, weekly, or monthly, as required).
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks to support smooth execution.
Project Monitoring and Controlling
- Coordinate with stakeholders on changes in scope, timelines, or costs resulting from risks or project adjustments.
- Track project issues such as delays, cost impacts, and additional workload requirements.
- Ensure compliance with agreed quality standards and project objectives.
Project Closing
- Prepare and submit required project completion documents, including Completion Reports and As-Built Documents, based on TOR requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and submission of the Certificate of Completion and Acceptance (COCA).
- Collect and document Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) feedback from the End User.
- Perform other related functions as assigned.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or any related field, or an equivalent experience in a similar role.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination and project reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership, coordination, and teamwork skills to support successful project execution.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Effective negotiation and coordination skills in managing changes to project scope, timelines, and costs.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of project documentation, including Project Charters, Terms of Reference (TOR), and Bidding Documents.
- Basic knowledge of IT system deployment, implementation processes, and project risk assessment.
- Ability to monitor project progress, manage issues, and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- PMP, CAPM, ITIL, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage but not required.
