DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Support various HR functions and manage HR information systems.
  2. Handle employee relations and assist with policy development.
  3. Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  4. Assist in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  5. Support change management process.
  6. Help with HR communications and employee handbooks.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
  2. Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
  3. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to: People Growth and Empowerflex Workforce Director

Coordinates with: All employees

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of related work experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  3. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  5. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  6. Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities, and use time efficiently.
