DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business value, feasibility, and impact.
2. Documentation and Communication:
- Create clear and comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, and user stories.
- Communicate requirements effectively to cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and testers.
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
3. Solution Design and Evaluation:
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
- Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements.
- Participate in solution design sessions, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
- Participate in the formulation of Project Sizing and Costing
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs.
- Identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution and alignment with business expectations.
5. Continuous Improvement and Stakeholder Management:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and innovation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders, addressing questions, concerns, and change requests.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adheres to the provisions of the Company's Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Report any fraudulent, suspicious acts or unlawful activities/transactions immediately to the immediate head to pre-empt potential risks to the company.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, information systems, or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business processes into clear and actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Proficiency in requirement management tools, project management software, and documentation tools.
- Knowledge and work experience in Human Resources and Payroll Systems is a big plus.
